Mr.Qasem holds an Executive MBA from the American University of Beirut, and a higher diploma in Systems Analysis from Saarbrücken University in Germany. He has extensive experience in strategic management, leadership, and development, having held senior positions in the consulting and software sectors, as well as in the banking sector both locally and internationally.  He served as the General Director of the Palestine Islamic Bank, and also worked as a consultant to the Board of Directors of the Palestine Islamic Bank. Additionally, he spent years with the global consulting firm Arthur Andersen, providing numerous consultations to major companies in the Arabian Gulf.
