Mr. Bawatnah holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Birzeit University, and a Certified Islamic Public Accountant (CIPA) certificate from the Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions in Bahrain. Mr. Bawatnah has over 20 years of diverse experience in commercial banks, Islamic banks, lending institutions and companies, in addition to his ability to actively contribute in preparing processes and procedures and in preparing budgets.

Mr. Bawatnah has 16 years of working experience in commercial and Islamic banks; he has worked as the Finance Department Manager at Palestine Islamic Bank for 4 years, and Financial and Administrative Affairs Manager at the Palestinian Banking Organization for two years, in addition to working for 10 years at the Arab Bank and Palestine International Bank.

He also worked as a Chief Financial Officer at Wassel Group and Auto Zone Companies for 4 years.
