Mr. Bashar Iyas Quteineh holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a major in Accounting from Bethlehem University. He is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).

Before joining Safa Bank in 2016, he built an accomplished career in audit and advisory services with leading international professional services firms. He served as Audit Manager at Ernst & Young, where he gained extensive experience across a wide range of industries, particularly banking and financial services.
