Mr. Hamdan holds a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance, with focus on Islamic Banking from The Arab Academy for Banking & Financial Sciences, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Finance from An-Najah National University.

Mr. Hamdan worked for the Palestine Monitory Authority – Control and Inspection Unit since the year 2000 and until September of 2016. He has many certificates and attended many training courses in various fields related to banking and control.
