To send funds:

• Visit one of Safa Bank’s branches or offices.
• Fill out the transfer request form, sign it, and submit any required personal identification documents.
• Pay the amount that you wish to transfer, along with the applicable transfer fees, to the dedicated employee at the branch or office.
• Sign the funds' transfer confirmation document.
• To send funds you must be 18 years old or older.

To receive funds:

• Visit one of Safa Bank’s branches or offices, and bring along your personal identification document.
• Fill out the transfer receiving form by specifying the transaction number (tracking number (MTCN)), the name of the sender, sending country, transferred amount, and the sender’s name.
• Sign the form and attach a copy of your valid identification card.
• Sign the funds' recipient confirmation document, receive the money and count them before leaving the branch or office.
• To receive funds you must be 18 years old or older.
