Ramallah - Recognizing the role of graduates in community development and progress, Safa Bank took part in the annual Career fair “My Opportunity,” which was held on Wednesday, June 7, 2023, at Birzeit University. The event featured the participation of 90 companies and institutions.

The bank's participation aimed to introduce graduating students from Birzeit University to Safa Bank and its Islamic services, designed to meet the needs of the Palestinian community. Additionally, preliminary interviews were conducted and interaction with students took place, which will assist them in the future by familiarizing them with the nature of practical interview questions.

Aligned with the bank's strategy of empowering ambitious youth, Safa Bank strives to create diverse annual opportunities for youth and integrate them into the job market, benefiting both parties. The bank's efforts are concentrated on preparing individuals who align with the Palestinian labour market, providing job opportunities or paid training to help alleviate unemployment, which is a significant challenge in the local market.
