
Director of Recovery and Collections
Mrs. Duha holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting, with a minor in Finance and Banking, from An-Najah National University. She also holds the internationally recognized Islamic Finance Qualification (IFQ) awarded by the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI), United Kingdom.
With more than 24 years of experience in Islamic banking, she has progressed through a wide range of banking functions and leadership roles. She began her career with Al Aqsa Islamic Bank, where she worked across various banking departments before serving as Head of Deposits for nine years. She later joined the Palestinian Islamic Bank, where she served for seven years, concluding her tenure as Deputy Manager of Al-Montazah Branch in Nablus.
Ms. Qanadilo joined Safa Bank in 2017, where she led the establishment of both the Nablus Branch and An-Najah Office, serving as Branch Manager for both locations. Since 2020, she has been serving as Director of Recovery and Collections.
