Mr. Arainat has an extensive professional and banking career spanning many years in the banking sector, during which he held numerous executive, administrative, and leadership positions at leading banking institutions. He has gained extensive and specialized experience in branch network management, banking operations, digital transformation, credit control, payment services, treasury operations, cash and liquidity management, in addition to overseeing correspondent banking relationships.

Prior to joining Al Safa Bank, he served as Assistant General Manager of the Branch Network at Palestine Islamic Bank from the beginning of 2026. He previously held the position of Assistant General Manager of Banking Operations during the period 2022–2025. He also spent several years of his professional career at Arab Bank – Palestine, where he progressed through a number of leadership and supervisory positions.

Throughout his professional career, he has demonstrated expertise in leading teams, developing banking operations, enhancing operational efficiency, managing strategic projects and initiatives, and strengthening compliance with regulatory and supervisory requirements. He has also made active contributions to the development of banking products and services and supported sustainable institutional growth.

Mr. Irainat holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from Birzeit University (2006), and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematical Economics from the same university (2000), further strengthening his academic and professional background and supporting his specialized expertise in the banking sector
