Mrs. Alia Khlousi Shaheen holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering and a master’s degree in business administration from An-Najah National University.

Since joining Safa Bank in 2016, she has held several leadership positions, most recently serving as Director of the General Manager’s Office. Previously, she served as Public Relations Supervisor and worked alongside the Banking Advisor to the Bank’s Founding Committee during the establishment phase.

Earlier in her career, she worked as a Procurement Officer at Al Alamiya Insurance Company and previously held the positions of Director of Information Technology and Technical Support Officer at the Arab Insurance Corporation. She has also completed numerous specialized professional training programs in banking, management and leadership.
