Mr. Issam Al-Shahed holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and possesses specialized expertise in corporate and SME credit assessment, as well as the development of banking credit policies.

He brings more than 26 years of banking experience. For over eleven years, he served within the Commercial and Real Estate Credit Division, where he held the position of Assistant Manager of the Corporate Credit Approvals and Real Estate Finance Department.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Al-Shahed spent three years at Arab Bank’s Regional Head Office in the United Arab Emirates, serving within the Corporate and Financial Institutions Credit Department (FI Credit). He has also held several positions with local banks and financial institutions and has completed numerous specialized professional training programs in corporate credit analysis and risk assessment
