Mr. Maen Daraghmeh holds a master’s degree in economics from Birzeit University and a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Al-Mansour University College in Iraq.

Before joining Safa Bank, he served as Director of Human Resources at Al-Quds Bank from 2014 to 2020. Prior to that, he spent eighteen years at Cairo Amman Bank in Palestine, where he was responsible for Personnel Affairs and Training.

Mr. Daraghmeh has completed numerous executive development programs and holds internationally recognized professional certifications in Human Capital Management, including the Senior Professional in Human Resources – International (SPHRi) credential
